  Make a short (10 - 20 second) recording that shows the problem Immediately after finishing recording, use the Send a problem report option on the Support tab to send us your log files Send a copy of the saved video file to us at [email protected]

  The FBX watermark is added to the video when it is recorded, not when it is exported, so it cannot be removed from videos that were recorded before you upgraded.

  I can now connect FBX to youtube by using the youtube button or the custom server and copying the numbers in but even after I start FBX Streaming / Recording, youtube still says I need to connect my streaming software. I have submitted todays logs.

  hey FBX agent,
  Thanks for the help anyway. when i tried to reproduce the crash, i chose a completely different encoder and accidently loaded in windowed mode and windowed works while it crashes for the fullscreen. now its fine

  Update: I changed my monitor setup and it for some reason started to work.
  And what i mean by this is that one of my monitors was broken and i replaced it.

  We can't reproduce that beahviour - FBX always continues recording regardless of which display we're actively using.

  If you reproduce the problem and then use the Send a Problem Report option on the Support tab to send us your log files, we'll take a look at those.

  You can check your Recordings folder to see if the MP4 file is still there, Even if it is, I'm not sure that it will be valid because it is likely to be incomplete.

  If the overlay timer doesn't change, that is usually because the recording PC's CPU or memory are maxed out and there are enough free resources for FBX to use. Close any unneeded apps that are running in the background and reduce any settings you can in the game and in FBX.

  If you used a Google account to login to FBX then it will use whatever you have set in that account.

  You can set the webcams position by clicking the 'Preview webcam and set position and size' option on the Webcam tab of the Settings. Wherever you move the preview to, is where it will appear in your recordings.
