  We found that some changes in Chrome could prevent it from working for many users so it has been removed.

  We'll be adding a new record mode that can be used for recording webs games soon.

  We'll need to see log files. Can you go to the Windows Start button and search for "FBX". The folder "FBX Game Recorder" should appear in the search results. Open that and select "Send a problem report". Thanks!

  Yep - exactly! We just need to finalise the user interface and figure what to do with fullscreen OpenGL games like Minecraft and CS:GO (both very popular with our users) where we can't display an overlay/HUD.

  If the timer is stuck at 0:00, then the video file will be empty so that is why it won't open. We need to check why it was stuck at 0:00 though. Can you do the following please:

  1 - Start FBX and go to the Support tab.
  2 - Change the Log Level setting to 'Verbose'
  3 - Try to record again
  4 - When it gets stuck at 0:00, go to the Support tab and use the Send a Problem Report to send us your log files.
  5 - Change the Log Level setting back to 'Normal'

  fbx files are automatically generated as MP4 files, maybe you encountered some problem while recording your video, check again what is the size of the recorded file.

  FXB doesn't stream right now. But developers are working on it as I type this reply! When it gets into a release is difficult to say - sorry. We need some new UI designed and this can take a while.

  unfortunately, FBX is not available for IOS operating system, it is only windows OS, you can use some other software for Mac screen recording.

  It was removed because changes in Chrome stopped it working for most users.

  We're adding a new recording mode soon that will let all users record any part of their screen - should work well for online games.

  in order to rename the clips, you have to first close your folders, it is not possible to rename the clips when they are opened or running in the background.

  You can uninstall by finding FBX in your apps list (Apps and Features in Windows 10) and clicking the Uninstall button next to it.
