We'd really like to know what's going wrong here. Can you do this:
Reproduce the problem where it takes too long to open
Go to the Support tab
Send us a report
We'll take a look at the log files.
If you can't open FBX at all, do this to send us the log files:
In Windows Explorer, go to the folder c:\program data\blueberry software\fbx game recorder
Right click the most recent folder named 'Session...' and select Send To -> Compressed Folder
Send the zip file this generates to
[email protected]
